Yes. Velmora Lighting offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
Orders require 1–2 business days for processing and approximately 5–7 business days for transit. The total estimated delivery time is 6-9 business days.
A shipping-confirmation email containing the available tracking number and tracking link will be sent after the order is transferred to the carrier. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. Orders can also be checked through the Velmora Lighting Order Tracking page.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and included components.
Velmora Lighting covers approved return-shipping costs for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns.
After an eligible return is received and inspected, the approved refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days. Additional processing time may be required by the payment provider.
