Handheld Grater, Stainless Steel Ginger Garlic Zester

Small jobs deserve a small tool, and this handheld grater is made for them. With a sharp-edged stainless steel blade and a wooden handle, it handles fresh ginger, a clove of garlic, a lemon, or a block of chocolate without pulling out a large box grater. It is a smart pick for compact kitchens where drawer space is limited.

The 430 stainless steel blade is sharp for quick, neat results, and the ergonomic handle helps you keep a steady hold while you work. Grate citrus zest over baked goods, fresh ginger into a stir-fry, or chocolate shavings over desserts. Cheese works too, so one tool can serve you at the stove and the table, and the results come out as neat, fine shavings with little mess. A storage loop at the end lets you hang it on a hook, or store it flat in a drawer.

The blade is sharp, so grate away from your fingers and keep this tool out of reach of children. Hand wash is recommended, and you should dry it thoroughly before storing to keep the finish in good shape. Velmora Lighting picks kitchen helpers that earn their space, and this handheld grater arrives as one tool that suits drawers, benchtops, and hanging storage equally well.
