Wooden Soup Spoon, Natural Long Cooking Spoon for Soups

A wooden spoon is one of those tools you reach for without thinking, and this natural wooden soup spoon earns that spot. The wood has a warm, unfussy look, and the shape is made for stirring a big pot of soup, scooping broth, or serving stew at the table. It is made from sustainable materials, so you can feel good about adding another wooden tool to your kitchen.

At about 9.7 in long, it has enough reach for most pots without feeling unwieldy. The ergonomic design is built for a comfortable grip, and the surface is gentle on non-stick cookware, so you can stir with confidence and avoid scratches. Wood also stays cooler at the handle than metal, which is helpful when you are stirring over a simmer. Use it for soups, sauces, grains, and other everyday tasks.

Cleaning is simple, since the spoon is listed as machine washable. Dry it promptly afterwards and let it air out so the wood does not stay damp. Velmora Lighting picks kitchen tools with a natural feel, and this single wooden spoon pairs well with ceramic crocks, open shelving, and farmhouse decor. It arrives as one spoon, which makes it easy to add to a gift basket or a first-kitchen starter kit.
